The project description was to choose a book that we had read or choose our favorite book and recreate the book jacket.
So, I choose my favorite book "Dear Mr. Henshaw". I wanted to show the book with a realistic perspective.

And show that the school books are interesting and they get attract to read the book.

Moodboards

This is when I reaserched inspiration that represented the book mood. Showing the different moods in this case were the loneliness and isolation, importance of friendship and this contributed to writing as a form of expression.

Sketches

Here I drew some sketches representing the different moodboards, and I had to choose the ones that I got a more votes on. Later, represent them into their digital version.

Here I had choosen three of the designs to create a digital version. After I had to review them to she which one was working the best and I choose the third one because represents the better the book mood.

Later I changed some things and I added another things such as text from the book, layout placement for the best representation of the book and using the book guidelines that are reprinted in the final design.
